Transport children identified by the case management team. Oversee visitations as assigned or with case manager. Establish positive relationships with children, natural parents, foster and adoptive parents and extended family. Complete documentation related to provision of services in a timely manner. Participate in meetings and work sessions related to service provision as appropriate and directed by direct supervisor. Complete other tasks as assigned or as necessary to ensure that clients receive necessary services and/or to ensure that necessary administrative tasks are completed. Trained and authorized to access protected health information. Location: 301 N. Apopka Ave, Inverness, FL 34450

Requirements

High School diploma/GED required.
A.A. preferred.
Experience in Human Services or childcare preferred.
Four years of driving history.
Clean driving record
Willing to submit to and pass a Level II Background Screening and Drug Urinalysis.
Ability to transport others
Ability to maintain sitting position for at least 1/2 of business day
Ability to occasionally move/lift up to 25 pounds

Nice To Haves

A.A. preferred.
