- 2+ years in family-based services.
- Effective communication, teamwork, and basic technology proficiency.

Responsibilities
- Provide daily support to families and connect them with essential community resources.
- Collaborate with case managers and therapists to meet family goals.
- Coach families on parenting, budgeting, and life skills through hands-on support.
- Maintain accurate case records and prepare reports as required.
- Transport clients as needed and provide emergency support.
