We are currently seeking candidates to join our team as a Family Support Specialist providing in-home training for parents/caregivers whose children are prenatal or older until kindergarten. Requirements

  • Bachelor of a four-year degree in Early Childhood or a related field is preferred. It is also acceptable for a Family Support Specialist to have a two-year degree or 60 college hours in early childhood or a related field and/or supervised experience working with young children and/or parents
  • Family Support Specialists must attend Foundational and Model Implementation Training from Parents as Teachers upon hire
  • Valid State of AL driver’s license and successful completion of motor vehicle screening required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities
