Fluency in a secondary language preferred How you will make a difference: The position is designed to work specifically in support of youth, adults and families enrolled in the program. The Family Specialist is responsible for working with clients’ parents and other family members to support the effectiveness of mental health services and other supportive services provided to the client and family. He/she engages family members and encourages their active participation in service planning and delivery. He/she assists in coordinating and providing family groups, education sessions, activities, and special events. He/she attends the Team meetings and actively participates in development of the ISP and assists other team members in coordinating services. Division/Program Overview Centers provide outpatient mental health services to children and their families.
