Requirements

Bilingual proficiency i n English & Spanish or Creole – Required (read, write, speak).
Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Human Services, Social Work, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in CCR&R, eligibility determination, or childcare enrollment processes.
Strong customer service and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRMs and cloud-based systems.

Responsibilities

Provide Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) services in person or by phone.
Screen applicants for financial assistance and determine eligibility for programs such as School Readiness, VPK, CSC Scholarship, Head Start and Early Head Start.
Advocate for families, assess needs, and assist with enrollment, transfers, and service terminations.
Maintain accurate family information in the Enhanced Field System (EFS) database.
Support families with child developmental screenings and provide timely notifications about childcare status.
Manage a caseload while accurately documenting case notes and ensuring compliance with confidentiality and reporting requirements.
