Responsible for oversight and monitoring of all Family Services/Parent and Community Engagement service area. The Manager will plan, develop, and implement the Family Partnership Process and Parent Involvement for families. This position is also responsible for the recruitment, enrollment and income eligible families, as well as the implementation of quality family support services, parent education and program area compliance as outlined in the Head Start Performance Standards. In addition, this position will be responsible for the overall supervision of the Family Services Area Support Workers department.
