About The Position

The Brilla Horizon Family Resource Center Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the effective day-to-day operation of the Brilla Horizon Family Resource Center. This individual oversees the logistical coordination of programming including workshops/referrals/consultations while leading proactive family outreach and engagement efforts. The Coordinator ensures that all services are delivered in a culturally and linguistically responsive (English/Spanish) manner and reflect Brilla’s values of hospitality, excellence, and service. As a primary point of contact for families and community partners, this role also supports strong data tracking and reporting practices to monitor participation, measure impact, and inform continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
  • Experience working with families in diverse communities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, people-centered environment
  • Solid proficiency in Google Suite applications
  • Professional written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily programming logistics, scheduling, materials, space setup, and attendance tracking.
  • Conduct multi-channel outreach and support family registration and participation.
  • Build strong relationships with families and align engagement efforts with school initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and community partners to ensure high-quality, compliant program delivery.
  • Serve as liaison between families, partners, and school leadership.
  • Track unduplicated families served, workshop counts, referrals/consultations, and post-engagement surveys measuring awareness and access to services.
  • Support the logistics of alumni programming in collaboration with leadership staff.
  • Adhere to branding standards and support continuous improvement through family feedback.
