About The Position
Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for an outpatient primary care opportunity focused on delivering high quality, relationship driven care. This role offers predictable scheduling, strong physician collaboration, and long term clinical stability. POSITION OVERVIEW This position provides full scope primary care in a 100 percent outpatient setting. The provider will work within a collaborative clinical team while maintaining autonomy in patient care delivery and decision making.
Requirements
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
- Active Maine NP license or ability to obtain
- DEA required
- Ability to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Commitment to community based patient care
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services
- Manage patient panel with continuity of care focus
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team
- Utilize Athena EMR for documentation
- Support preventive and chronic disease management
