This is a full-time outpatient role within a nationally recognized retail healthcare model focused on accessibility, preventive care, and patient-centered outcomes. POSITION OVERVIEW The Advanced Practice Provider delivers comprehensive primary and family care in a retail clinic setting. Providers operate with autonomy while being supported by a collaborative care model, allowing focus on patient care, efficiency, and strong clinical outcomes. Requirements
- Active FNP or PA license required
- Board certification required (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)
- BLS certification required
- Ability to perform diagnostic testing, vaccinations, and patient counseling
- NP: Master’s Degree from accredited FNP program required
- PA: Master’s Degree and NCCPA certification required
- 1+ year experience preferred (new grads considered for NP)
- Ability to work independently in a clinic setting
- Strong communication and patient engagement skills
- Ability to pass respirator FIT testing
- DOT certification required within 30 days of employment
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based primary and family care
- Assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Perform routine exams, screenings, and preventive care
- Administer vaccines, injections, and diagnostic testing
- Provide patient education and health counseling
- Manage follow-ups, documentation, and care coordination
- Support patient engagement and chronic disease management
