This is a full-time outpatient role within a nationally recognized retail healthcare model focused on accessibility, preventive care, and patient-centered outcomes. POSITION OVERVIEW The Advanced Practice Provider delivers comprehensive primary and family care in a retail clinic setting. Providers operate with autonomy while being supported by a collaborative care model, allowing focus on patient care, efficiency, and strong clinical outcomes. Requirements

  • Active FNP or PA license required
  • Board certification required (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)
  • BLS certification required
  • Ability to perform diagnostic testing, vaccinations, and patient counseling
  • NP: Master’s Degree from accredited FNP program required
  • PA: Master’s Degree and NCCPA certification required
  • 1+ year experience preferred (new grads considered for NP)
  • Ability to work independently in a clinic setting
  • Strong communication and patient engagement skills
  • Ability to pass respirator FIT testing
  • DOT certification required within 30 days of employment

Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based primary and family care
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions
  • Perform routine exams, screenings, and preventive care
  • Administer vaccines, injections, and diagnostic testing
  • Provide patient education and health counseling
  • Manage follow-ups, documentation, and care coordination
  • Support patient engagement and chronic disease management
