What would you do as a Family Nurse Practitioner As a Family Nurse Practitioner at Northland Health Centers in Bismarck, ND, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse population. You'll assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of health conditions while building meaningful, lasting relationships with patients and their families. Your schedule is designed to support both patient access and work-life balance: Monday from 8 AM to 6 PM, Tuesday through Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM, and Friday from 8 AM to 3:30 PM. This structure allows you to provide consistent care while maintaining a sustainable routine. Requirements

  • A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience is preferred
  • ability to manage patient care independently
  • Candidates must hold current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in North Dakota
  • maintain active DEA registration and CPR certification
  • A strong foundation in clinical knowledge is essential, including the ability to assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of health conditions
  • Success in this role also requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and collaborate effectively with care teams
  • A commitment to staying current with clinical best practices and the ability to meet and maintain credentialing and privileging requirements in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards are also essential
  • An accepted offer will require a drug screen, pre-employment background screening, and Influenza vaccination as a condition of employment.
