About The Position

DocStar Medical Partners - Job Opportunity, New Listing Facility City & State: 1 hour from Tulsa, OK Facility Type: Outpatient Primary care clinic Provider Profession Needed: NP/PA Specialty: Primary Care all ages Start Date: 06/01/2026 End Date: 8/28/2026 Length of Assignment: 13 weeks/ 3 month, high possibility of extension Credentialing Timeframe: 3-4 weeks Work Schedule: 4x10 hour shift a week, Monday – Friday, with alternating Monday and Fridays off Patient Volume: 16-20 ppd Procedures: Normal primary care procedures if needed EMR: Cerner License Needed: OK license & OBNDD Certifications Needed: Need to be boarded FNP or nationally boarded PA Relevant Experience/Skill Set Needed: All ages primary care/family practice or urgent care Interview Schedule/Preferences: 30 min. virtual interview w/ med. director and clinic manager, and then 24 timeframe for decision Other additional pertinent information: • MUST have PALS, DEA, BLS/ACLS • Must have COVID VACINATION or Medical/Religious exemption • BACKGROUND/DRUG TEST REQUIRED Must be able to see all ages. Acuity level of patients: Low Acuity, routine care adult and pediatric patients. Will need to provide case logs during orientation. Cerner experience preferred

Requirements
