Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Licensed Medical Doctor in the State of Virginia
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Valid DEA registration
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach
• Have a valid DEA controlled substance registration

Responsibilities

• Diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions
• Annual wellness visits and preventive screenings
• Management of diabetes, hypertension, cholesterol, and weight
• Immunizations and age-appropriate vaccines
• Well-woman exams and birth control counseling
• Build long-term relationships with patients and contribute to a culture of excellence and empathy.
