Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Licensed to practice in Virginia
- Current DEA certification
Responsibilities
- Provide full-spectrum outpatient care to patients of all ages
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Conduct annual wellness visits and preventive screenings
- Manage chronic diseases like diabetes, hypertension, and obesity
- Provide well-woman exams and birth control counseling
- Administer immunizations and educate patients on preventive care
- Collaborate with specialists and care teams for seamless patient outcomes
- Use Epic EHR for efficient, integrated care delivery
