About The Position
My client is a prestigious Myrtle Beach law firm, who seeks an experienced family law paralegal to join their growing practice.
Requirements
- Must will be self-motivated and able to work independently
- Must have excellent time management skills, organized, and the ability to multi-task
- Must be proficient knowledge of computers
- 4+ years of SC family law litigation experience
- Communicate well with others
Responsibilities
- Draft legal correspondence
- Prepare pleadings for filing and drafting certificates of service/mailing
- Maintain case files
- Assist in billing
- Assist with discovery
- Monitor county dockets
- Accurate calendaring
- Other support duties assigned by attorney
