About The Position

Mayersohn Law Group, P.A. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bilingual (Spanish/English) Family Law Paralegal to join our dynamic Fort Lauderdale team. In this full-time, on-site role, you’ll support Family Law attorneys through all phases of litigation, from drafting pleadings and coordinating discovery to preparing financial disclosures and assisting with trial preparation. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of family law experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is fluent in both English and Spanish. Requirements

At least 3 years of family law experience
Fluent in both English and Spanish

Nice To Haves

Proficiency with legal research databases, Microsoft Office, and case management systems
Comfort with standard office equipment (scanner, copier, printer)
A proactive, independent mindset with a collaborative spirit
Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Coordinate with process servers and manage discovery
Conduct legal research and organize findings to support hearings and trials
Prepare and analyze financial disclosures and statements
Maintain organized, accessible case files and track deadlines
Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, witness coordination, and client meetings
Communicate and meet with clients in both English and Spanish to gather case information, address procedural questions, and provide exceptional service
Utilize legal tech tools such as Clio, Family Law Software, Zoom, VoIP phones, and timekeeping platforms
