Family Law Paralegal
About The Position
Our expanding law practice is looking for a paralegal with strong knowledge of all aspects of Family Law who can hit the ground running as we build our perfect team. You will be a member of a dynamic and developing team. Applicants must be experienced, well-organized professionals who can work alone and with minimal supervision. Because this is a full-time position, you must work 40 hours a week both in the office and virtually. Compensation is negotiable based on experience, with the option of obtaining bonus compensation for excellent performance. Characteristics: Detail-oriented to keep track of key dates and avoid costly mistakes Self-starter with the ability to independently seek out new projects Team-oriented with the necessary flexibility of a growing law firm Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks, so we never miss a deadline
Requirements
- 10+ years of previous experience working in Family Law in Washington is required
- 2 years minimum at a firm
- Experience in training and leading junior paralegals and legal assistants
