About The Position
A well-established, growing Family Law firm in Collin County, Texas is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join its fast-paced, tech-forward practice. This is an in-person role with the flexibility to work one remote day per week. This position is ideal for an attorney who values strong systems, high client satisfaction, and the ability to focus on practicing law—not generating business. We provide a steady flow of consultations and are moving toward a productivity-based model, rewarding efficiency and results over heavy billable hours.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of Family Law experience
- Active Texas Bar license in good standing
- Strong case management process skills
- Proven record of high client satisfaction scores
- Tech-savvy and tech-embracing (Clio, ChatGPT, Thomson Reuters, HubSpot, Legalmate)
- Professional, collaborative, and client-focused (no ego-driven attorneys)
Responsibilities
- Manage Family Law cases from intake through resolution
- Deliver consistently high client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate trust accounting and compliance
- Work within strong case management systems and workflows
