Requirements
- 3+ years of experience handling contested family law cases
- Active Texas State Bar License
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Alignment with our core values: Teamwork, Excellence, Integrity, Service
Responsibilities
- Lead your own caseload and develop creative, strategic approaches for every client
- Represent clients confidently in contested family law matters (hearings, mediation, trial)
- Help families find resolutions through negotiation, not just litigation
- Apply deep knowledge of the Texas Family Code and TRCP
- Counsel clients with clarity, compassion, and pragmatism
- Be part of a team that believes in winning together and growing every day
