The Family Engagement Specialist is an IN PERSON position working under direction of the Parent and Family Engagement Manager. Family Case Managers will be responsible for assisting the families in their homes or community in efforts to promote family well-being, positive parent-child relationships, families as lifelong educators, families as lifelong learner, family engagement in transitions, family connections to peers and community, and families as advocates and leaders. The Family Case Manager will identify, educate, and connect families to community resources, encourage appropriate utilization of services, assist in the recruitment process, and actively facilitating and encouraging parent participation in center and program related events.
