GENERAL PURPOSE Under the administrative supervision of the Program Director, this position is responsible for case management services with a caseload consisting of up to 22 children and their families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness and meet criteria for having a severe emotional disturbance (SED). DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS This is an at-will direct service position within a program. The position is responsible for assisting and advocating for our members in meeting their expressed goals while living in the community.
