Requirements
- Prior leadership experience in sales, management, or team development
- Strong coaching, communication, and organizational skills
- A proven ability to lead independently in a remote environment
- Experience setting and managing performance metrics
- A growth-oriented mindset with adaptability in fast-paced settings
- A demonstrated commitment to mentoring and team development
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities
- Recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring a team of agents
- Providing ongoing coaching, performance management, and professional development
- Establishing clear goals and accountability standards for team success
- Supporting agents in delivering compliant, client-focused benefit solutions
- Maintaining ethical standards and regulatory compliance across all sales activity
- Creating a collaborative, high-performance remote team culture
- Driving long-term growth through strategic team expansion and productivity initiatives
