Family Assistant & House Manager

Sage HausSan Jose, CA
2d$28 - $32

About The Position

We are a vibrant family of four (children ages 6 and 3) with a passion for art and design. One parent balances a demanding creative career, while the other works as an illustrator, juggling a busy schedule of teaching and freelance work. Our 12-pound bichon dog completes the family, adding a chill and cherished presence. Our home is energetic, thoughtful and design-driven; we're looking for someone who can help organize and implement systems to support that creative energy. The right house manager understands how to support a visually-intentional, fast-moving household—adding structure without stifling the flow—so everything runs smoothly and consistently. We’re seeking a dependable, detail-oriented House Manager & Family Assistant who can take ownership of household operations, including scheduling and family calendars, organization and daily resets, as well as laundry, light meal prep and occasional backup childcare. Our ideal candidate is proactive, self-sufficient and intuitive—someone who notices what needs to be done, respects the home’s aesthetic, and brings order and follow-through to a dynamic environment. If you appreciate thoughtful spaces and enjoy helping a household function seamlessly behind the scenes, we'd love to meet you.
