What You’ll Do As an Assistant House Manager, you’ll work closely with the House Manager to ensure the smooth, safe, and successful daily operation of the residential program. This role combines hands-on direct care with team leadership — giving you the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals while guiding and supporting your coworkers. Schedule: This position requires flexibility to work 1st and 2nd shifts, including occasional weekends or holidays, to ensure consistent support and oversight of the home You’ll balance leadership responsibilities with meaningful direct care — helping both staff and individuals thrive under your guidance.
