About The Position

We’re looking for a Faith-Based Content Creator who genuinely loves Jesus, understands modern culture, and knows how to create compelling, relevant, and purpose-driven content that connects with people in real life. This is not a traditional religious or church-content role. It’s a modern, kingdom-minded opportunity for someone who knows how to blend faith, creativity, culture, and execution in a way that feels fresh, relatable, and impactful. We are actively building and expanding initiatives that include: An online collective/community of kingdom-minded leaders, entrepreneurs, and builders Purpose-driven education, coaching, and digital products Faith-based counseling and mental wellness initiatives Content that encourages people to grow spiritually, personally, and practically — including purpose, breakthrough, finances, and wealth We’re not interested in just producing content. We’re focused on creating value, driving impact, and helping people move forward. You are: A Christian believer who lives out their faith authentically — without being rigid, preachy, or overly church-focused Real, relatable, and human — not perfect, not filtered, not pretending Someone who is passionate about growth, progress, and helping others move forward Creative, modern, culturally aware, and innovative Comfortable discussing faith, purpose, leadership, identity, and growth in a way that connects with everyday people You understand that content carries influence — and you take that responsibility seriously. You’re not creating for applause — you’re creating to connect, encourage, and activate.

Requirements

  • Experience creating content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, or similar
  • Strong understanding of: Storytelling and audience connection
  • Hooks, retention, and scroll-stopping content
  • Captions, CTAs, and engagement strategy
  • Visual aesthetics and current trends
  • Able to balance creative freedom with structure, deadlines, and accountability

Responsibilities

  • Creating short-form and long-form content that builds trust, engagement, and community
  • Crafting strong hooks, captions, stories, and messaging that resonate with a purpose-driven audience
  • Showing up confidently on camera (talking head, lifestyle content, voiceovers, etc.)
  • Developing content that leads to real action — engagement, sign-ups, conversations, and movement
  • Assisting with identifying and collaborating with UGC-style creators when appropriate
  • Maintaining a brand voice that is faith-based, encouraging, bold, grounded, and modern
  • Delivering content consistently with ownership, excellence, and follow-through
