About The Position

The Content Creator is responsible for producing high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand guidelines and marketing goals. This role supports our social media and creative teams to conceptualize, capture and deliver assets for use across various platforms, including catalog covers, digital carousels, and social media channels, playing a key role in elevating our visual identity and storytelling.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film/TV Production, Digital Media, Multimedia Production or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a content creator, preferably in a brand or agency setting
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in photo and video production
  • Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and content formats, particularly short-form video and UGC-style video (Reels, TikTok, Stories)
  • Excellent visual storytelling skills with strong attention to detail and composition
  • Knowledge of brand identity, visual consistency and how to execute within style guidelines
  • Flexible, creative mindset with a passion for content trends and visual innovation
  • Can work quickly and effectively under very tight deadlines

  • Background in health, wellness, fitness or vitamin/nutritional supplement field a plus

Responsibilities

  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photography and videography content that supports brand campaigns and initiatives
  • Ability to translate creative concepts from brainstorms and inspiration references into engaging, high-impact content. Create content for catalog covers, digital carousels, and social media posts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the internal teams to brainstorm ideas, providing creative direction and visual guidance to ensure alignment with brand identity
  • Ensure all visual content adheres to established brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in tone, color, style and messaging
  • Assist in the development of video content, including short-form videos, product demos, behind-the-scenes footage, and promotional reels
  • Support the creative team during photoshoots, including setting up lighting, staging and directing talent as needed
  • Organize and maintain a content library of photos and video assets for easy access and reuse
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inspire fresh content ideas and maintain a modern, relevant aesthetic
  • Contribute to campaign strategy discussions, helping translate ideas into strong visual executions
  • Two onsite days per week is an essential function of this position
