About The Position

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Content Creator plays a key role in conceptualizing, designing, and producing original visual and web-based content that communicates our message with impact. Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation with a strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, web design, and photography work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Premiere Pro) or comparable software and Figma preferred.
• Experience with website content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Squarespace, or similar platforms.
• Skilled in basic HTML/CSS and optimizing images and layouts for web performance.
• Skilled in both studio and on-location photography, including lighting and post-production editing.
• Experience with video creation and editing for social media platforms.
• Strong creative vision with the ability to adapt designs for various audiences and platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Photography, Marketing, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of three years of professional experience in a similar role is mandatory.

Nice To Haves

• Part 107 Drone license is preferred.
• Experience in B2B or construction-related industries is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create original, high-quality visual and web content for digital, social media, and print channels.
• Design and update engaging website layouts, landing pages, and digital assets that enhance the user experience and align with brand guidelines.
• Plan, capture, and edit photography for marketing campaigns, product showcases, events, and promotional materials.
• Design social media graphics, marketing collateral, and other visual assets that support business objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop concepts and campaigns that integrate design, photography, and web elements.
• Produce short-form videos and motion graphics for use on social media and other digital platforms.
• Maintain and organize a library of digital assets, photography, design files, and web content.
• Stay up to date on design trends, web design and UX practices, photography techniques, and social media best practices.
• Ensure all visual and web content maintains consistency in brand voice, style, and quality.
• Coordinate and organize photography and video shoots with external parties
