What the day will look like Forming relationships with the Aon network offices, cedents and third parties in the Caribbean region. Additionally supporting the development and growth of a growing Property and Casualty portfolio. Broker endorsements and renewals, identifying appropriate channels for risk placement based on clients’ market security guidelines. Responsibility for working in accordance Aon framework, and compliance with Aon policies. Direct focus on new Facultative broking production; producing new business and assisting in the development of sales and marketing strategy. Develops comprehensive new business sales and development plans for identified targeted prospects and existing clients
