Requirements

High school diploma with an associate degree, technical certificate, or equivalent military/work experience.
Minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
Basic electronic knowledge and dexterity in handling tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

Efficiently handle in-house troubleshooting, repair, and testing of customer instruments, while supporting colleagues with in-field issues.
Provide technical assistance through phone, email, and other digital platforms, and report customer issues to leadership.
Maintain accurate repair logs and issue Service Request Forms for necessary repairs.
Stay updated on new techniques, work with other departments to support customers, and confirm scheduling for on-site services.
