About The Position
The Facility Technician is responsible for the routine maintenance of AH building and grounds and for messenger service between, among, and for the Centers. This position reports to the Facilities Director/Purchasing Agent.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Current Florida drivers license
- One to three years
Responsibilities
- Performs maintenance of buildings and grounds as assigned.
- Maintains hand tools, blower, edger, weed eater, saws and drills
- Checks in/receives supplies.
- Monitor maintenance of company vehicle to ensure timely performance by vendors
- Performs local errands to and from medical facilities, post office, bank and merchants using the company truck.
