About The Position

This position will be responsible for the general upkeep of the facility under the supervision of the Facilities Manager. This will include the maintaining of the maintenance repair system, PMs, inventory, inspections per schedule and other general maintenance activities. It will be the responsibility of this position to understand all equipment within the building.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, 3-year manufacturing experience- Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician or related certification a Plus
• General mechanical aptitude
• Basic math and computer skills
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems, including schematic reading.
• Orderly and responsible with tools and work area
• Must be safety conscious wear safety glasses, etc.
• Present self in a clean, well-kept manner
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician or related certification a Plus

Responsibilities

• Audit building and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards, make recommendation for issues found.
• Perform maintenance of electrical systems- single and 3 phase.
• Assist in the setup of all equipment and systems.
• Maintain heating and plumbing systems to be fully functional.
• Maintain all equipment to be fully function, ensure all PMs are completed and equipment is operating properly.
• Other duties as requested or assigned by management.
