We are actively seeking a Facility Support Technician at Hydroline, a Synergen company, in Bossier City, Louisiana that would be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized facility. They will oversee all deliveries received and ensure the placement of items. They will be responsible for understanding and adhering to company standards and expectations. Quality & Safety will be a focal point in all matters. Job duties include, but are not limited to: Operate equipment, ie: forklift, CTL, tracked carrier, etc. Assist with loading and unloading supplies and equipment Maintain inventory of ancillary items in predetermined space Perform minor repair and maintenance tasks assigned by supervision Understand and assist with loading and unloading trucks and trailers coming and going from the facility Understand and perform periodic CMV audits and Quarterly Vehicle Inspections Constantly communicate with supervision on issues, changes, and specific needs for executing assigned tasks Ensure compliance of company policies and standards are always followed, ie: JSA’s, equipment inspections, checklist, etc. Ensure facility and work is executed to the highest standard and is done safely and compliantly

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
Excellent and clear communication to safely and efficiently complete job tasks with team members
Lead by example, teach, motivate, and mentor team members, and execute daily goals
Drive a culture where equipment and work is organized, clean, and presentable

Responsibilities

Operate equipment, ie: forklift, CTL, tracked carrier, etc.
