About The Position

The Facility Operations Support role is responsible for assisting in the coordination and execution of facility and operations - related tasks across the company. This position supports daily operations by processing work orders, coordinating with construction and maintenance teams, and providing logistical and administrative assistance to the facility team including district repair and maintenance managers, as well as the broader facilities team.

Requirements

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in facilities operations, maintenance coordination, or related field.
  • Familiarity with construction processes, maintenance practices, and safety regulations is a plus.
  • Previous experience with Service Channel SaaS system preferred.
  • Excellent problem solving and reasoning skills
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Computer skills, including word processing, database management, and spreadsheets
  • Must be able to communicate via phone and/or email
  • Ability to sit and or stand for up to 8 hours daily
  • Written and spoken English skills required

Responsibilities

  • Work Order Management/Vendor Relations
  • Create, receive, review, and process work orders using the work order management system.
  • Prioritize & track work order status to ensure timely completion and follow-up.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external vendors regarding work order progress and completion.
  • Edit Work Orders as needed
  • Maintain and communicate Vendor Contact information
  • Research parts/price from vendors to ensure most efficient spend.
  • Research new vendor opportunities.
  • Onboard new vendors Construction Project Assistance
  • Support planning and execution of small- to mid-scale construction and renovation/refresh projects.
  • Assist with site coordination, scheduling, documentation, and compliance checks.
  • Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support project timelines and deliverables.
  • Support for Above Club District Management Teams
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to district repair and maintenance managers and be liaison between Vendors and DRMMs as needed.
  • Assist in scheduling, procurement, and inventory tracking for ongoing maintenance work and asset disposition.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and asset histories.
  • General Facilities Operations Support
  • Assist in monitoring facility conditions and reporting issues proactively.
  • Help coordinate routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs including Fire, Life, Safety.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and operational procedures across facilities.
  • Special Projects as assigned by Supervisor
