About The Position

Serve as the primary contractor point of contact with full authority to act on all aspects of the task order Provide overall contract oversight to ensure successful execution of all Statement of Work (SOW) requirements Oversee performance, staffing, and deliverables across all assigned labor categories and duty locations Ensure contractor personnel meet qualification requirements and performance standards outlined in the SOW Coordinate closely with the Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) regarding performance, deliverables, and issue resolution Monitor quality control processes and ensure compliance with federal regulations, policies, and security requirements Oversee staffing transitions, onboarding, and performance management of contractor personnel Assign and manage Contract Site Leads and alternates for designated Regional Offices Ensure contract-level reporting requirements are submitted accurately and on time Manage contract risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure uninterrupted support services Coordinate telework agreements and ensure compliance with hours of operation requirements Oversee compliance with training, security, and administrative requirements Ensure all Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) is properly managed and returned upon employee separation Support resolution of performance issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented when required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of facilities operations or maintenance management experience
  • Experience coordinating maintenance and repair contracts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required federal security clearance (Public Trust or higher as required)
