Are you a proactive, organized "connector" who loves seeing a project come to life from the ground up? USTA New England is launching an innovative new initiative, the Facility Owners & Operators Network, to support the local tennis community, and we need a sharp, adaptable professional to help us build it. USTA New England is actively seeking a highly organized part-time temporary Facility Network Coordinator to serve as the operational "hub" for this initiative. You'll be fostering a community of facility leaders, coordinating shared services and helping connect the next generation of leaders to our sport. This is a part-time hybrid non-exempt position reporting directly to the Executive Director & CEO and scheduled to work up to 20 hours per week with an in-person expectation of at least one time (1x) per month. Additional in-person attendance will be required for occasional events such as section programming, all-staff meetings, trainings, etc. This temporary position has an estimated end date of 1/31/2027, which will be evaluated based on performance and business need.
