We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to help bring our events to life behind the scenes. This role is all about setting the stage—literally. Requirements

• Comfortable with physical work (lifting, moving, and being on your feet)
• Detail-oriented—you notice when things aren’t straight or aligned
• Team player with a good attitude (this is a fast-paced, collaborative environment)

Nice To Haves

• Prior event or setup experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Set up event spaces with tables, chairs, linens, and décor
• Arrange ceremony and reception layouts based on floorplans
• Assist with placing and organizing centerpieces, glassware, and settings (CGS)
• Reset and flip rooms between events as needed
• Work efficiently as part of a team to meet tight timelines
