About The Position
Under immediate supervision, performs any combination of duties to maintain order, sanitation, and cleanliness of facilities. Performs a variety of minor semi-skilled maintenance duties (i.e. changing air filters, light bulbs, etc.).
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months related experience.
- Must be at least 21 years old to apply.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record with less than 6 points.
- Ability to understand and follow oral instructions.
- Ability to use assigned equipment.
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of light maintenance duties preferred.
Responsibilities
- Clean assigned areas according to established procedures.
- Perform maintenance and repair equipment.
- Choose and use appropriate cleaning agents.
- Maintain and operate equipment properly.
- Ensure all equipment is returned to appropriate location.
