Bob Weaver Auto, the #1 rated new car dealership in Schuylkill County, is seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team in a part-time seasonal Facility Maintenance role, with the potential for permanent employment based on business needs.
Position Overview:
This is a hands-on, primarily outdoor role focused on maintaining the appearance and upkeep of our dealership grounds and exterior facilities. Ideal candidates enjoy working outdoors, take pride in their work, and are comfortable performing physical, active tasks.

Requirements

• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to perform physical, active work
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and reliability

Nice To Haves

• Basic maintenance and repair skills preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain dealership grounds, including grass cutting, trimming, and general landscaping upkeep
• Perform pressure washing of sidewalks, service areas, and exterior surfaces
• Assist with exterior painting and minor facility improvements
• Support general facility maintenance and upkeep as needed
