The Facility Coordinator is responsible for supporting shipping and receiving operations, maintaining inventory data, managing documentation, and assisting with administrative duties to ensure smooth facility operations. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
0–3 years of relevant experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Windows-based applications
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Responsibilities

Coordinate shipping/receiving activities using WIN Central, Powersuite, and other systems
Maintain accurate trailer and drum tracking data; scan storage areas and manage tracking gun downloads
Print manifests, labels, and shipping papers (including TPOs for rejected materials)
Organize and file plant and truck-to-truck documentation
Input lab and tracking data into WIN
Perform general clerical duties such as filing, typing, and supply management
Ensure compliance with all Clean Harbors SOPs, safety standards, and environmental regulations
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
