Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in facilities coordination, property management, or commercial operations preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret contracts and lease clauses relevant to tenant obligations.
  • Excellent multitasking and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through.
  • Critical thinker who can troubleshoot problems and identify effective solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working in digital systems or work order platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a central point of contact for branch teams reporting facility issues.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair services with landlords and third-party vendors, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolutions.
  • Track service requests, preventive maintenance, and compliance with safety protocols.
  • Review vendor quotes, issue work orders, and follow up to ensure completion.
  • Maintain organized records of facility activity, vendor credentials, and service contracts.
  • Communicate regularly with field personnel to support day-to-day facility needs.
