About The Position

Provides administrative and operational support for daily site and facility activities. Coordinates facility services, supports office operations, and serves as a point of contact for employees, vendors, and building management to help maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workplace environment.

Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in office administration, facilities coordination, or similar operational support roles
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard workplace systems.
  • Must have good interpersonal skills
  • Must have good written and oral skills

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance requests, workspace setup, and general office services.
  • Serve as a primary contact for facility-related questions and support requests.
  • Coordinate with vendors and building management for maintenance, repairs, and scheduled services.
  • Building Maintenance: Managing repairs, HVAC maintenance, plumbing, electrical systems, and landscaping.
  • Vendor Management: Negotiating contracts with outside contractors for cleaning, catering, security, and landscaping.
  • Staff Supervision: Oversight of maintenance, janitorial, and security teams.
  • Maintain office supplies, site documentation, and operational records.
  • Provide administrative support to site leadership and assist with meeting or event coordination as needed.
  • Support employee onboarding logistics such as workspace setup and site access
  • Assist with safety, compliance, and facility documentation requirements
