About The Position

As a Facilities Coordinator at JLL, you'll provide essential facility management services that keep operations running smoothly and create positive experiences for everyone in the building. This role centers on continuous monitoring of facilities, coordinating with property managers on routine operations, and serving as a reliable point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors. You'll handle everything from procurement of property supplies and coordinating maintenance activities to supporting special events and managing conference room reservations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of experience in facility or property administration
  • Superior customer service skills with strong client orientation
  • Proficient in Excel spreadsheets with capability to customize administrative reports

  • Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints and tight deadlines
  • Ability to multitask effectively and work independently without direct supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for work order tracking and facility documentation

  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Facility Management Team with tactical planning to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Provide continuous monitoring of office and facility operations to identify and address issues proactively
  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities while ensuring minimal disruption to client operations
  • Manage vehicle and equipment logistics, escort vendors, and provide direction to service providers
  • Support special events, meetings, and conference room reservations as needed
  • Act as an interface with clients, visitors, and guests, delivering superior customer service
  • Procure property supplies and services while managing small facility management tasks as assigned
