Facilities Technician (US NonEx)
About The Position
EF Academy is searching for a Facilities Technician/Coordinator at its 16-acre Pasadena, California, boarding school campus. The Facilities Coordinator (FC) is responsible for assisting the Facilities Director with facilities management (physical plant, grounds, and custodial). The 16-acre Pasadena campus is in a quiet neighborhood at the foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains and comprises eight buildings: four purpose-built residence halls and four fully renovated classroom, athletics, and dining services buildings. The campus is also home to two outdoor basketball courts, a sand volleyball court, a swimming pool, and a soccer field, as well as 20 single-family EF-owned and maintained properties. This position is a hands-on position for a handyman with general maintenance and carpentry expertise.
