The Facilities Technician is part of the Facilities Department and is responsible for performing repairs, preventative maintenance, and improvement projects at one or more assigned facilities. This role involves working on various systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and grounds maintenance, under the direction of an experienced Sr. Facilities Technician and/or Campus Facilities Manager. The Facilities Technician will have opportunities for on-the-job training and formal professional development, reporting to the Sr. Facilities Technician. This role supports the mission of KIPP Texas by providing a clean and safe learning environment for students and faculty.
