Performs repairs and maintenance in utilities, facilities, or on machines and equipment. Typically performs work in one or more of the maintenance trades: mechanical, electrical and refrigeration. Manage HVAC equipment: Chillers, Air Handling units, pumps, within others through Building Automation system (BAS) Conducts routine, periodic, or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery, and equipment. Uses hand and power tools. Tests, inspects, troubleshoots, and repairs machines and equipment. Uses blueprints, sketches, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings, and specifications. Monitors program/project/system status, budgets and timetables. Applies knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, Gathers and compiles information for reports. Provides technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking and coding. Document tasks, repairs and maintenance activities through CMMS and service platforms (SAP and Service Now) Ability to manage many clients at a time, utilities equipment, electrical main distribution panels, emergency generators etc. Utilize Building automation (BAS) to remotely control Air handling units Promote employee awareness/training on matters of environmental, health, and safety. Requirements

  • Requires minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Requires high school diploma or equivalent (United States), vocational or technical education or certification (all other countries).
  • Electrician Licence

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or electronic industry
  • Refrigeration technician license
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish)
