About The Position

MNAe MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain - Savannah is searching for a qualified facilities Team Leader, to work alongside our security and maintenance staff to ensure our buildings and grounds are clean, safe, well maintenance place. The facilities Team Leader will be responsible for managing the maintenance and operation of plant utilities, facilities, and infrastructure to ensure a safe, stable, and reliable production environment. This role focuses on minimizing production downtime, improving equipment reliability, and executing cost‑effective maintenance strategies. . Our ideal candidate exhibits high multitasking and organizational abilities. ABOUT MOBIS NORTH AMERICA ELECTRIFIED POWERTRAIN, LLC MOBIS North America electrified Powertrain, LLC (MNAe) is a Tier 1 supplier of BSA and PE systems, which are vital parts to produce electric vehicles, based on state-of-art manufacturing technology related to battery system assembly.

Requirements

  • Minimum of High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Actively seeking a Facilities or Maintenance trade certification that applies to this position
  • Knowledge of mechanical and plumbing skills or
  • Knowledge of HVAC and other building systems or
  • Knowledge of Electric power
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and do other labor-intensive tasks
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • Great leadership and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all building facilities adhere to proper Building code, safety standards and cleaning procedures
  • Maintain equipment and building provisions to meet health and safety requirements
  • Organize, plan, work building installments and refurbishments
  • Communicate with facilities staff to support contractors and vendors
  • Keep building and all facilities up to code and accurately follow maintenance protocol
  • Run routine maintenance inspections
  • Monitor interior and exterior areas of building for cleanliness and general conservation
  • Support to Prepare and implement project budgets and timeframes
  • Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures
  • Maintenance and installment work as needed
  • Lead and manage facility technicians (task assignments, performance management, training)
  • Manage contractors, including quotation review, project supervision, and safety oversight
  • Plan and execute regular and shutdown maintenance activities
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations
  • Conduct risk assessments and manage Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures
  • Lead facility safety improvements (explosion-proofing, protective devices, hazard prevention, etc.)
  • Maintain facility documents including manuals, drawings, checklists, and inspection logs
  • Plan and manage maintenance budgets and expenses
  • Operate and improve the facility management system (CMMS)
