JOB DETAILS Shift: 2nd Shift 4pm-12:30am Monday-Friday (weekends based on business need) DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Assist the manufacturing & facilities process, support the goals of the company & meet the expectations of our leadership and customers. Insure smooth and efficient start up to work day Respond to any downtime situation and correct immediately or communicate need for support. Perform assigned work independently and as part of a team Loading, unloading equipment and/ or assisting with setting up equipment on production lines Audits vendors working on site, such as cleaning crews and landscaping crews Assists in setting up areas for special events, i.e. employee celebrations, hiring events Runs motorized sweeper throughout the facility and trains all facilities maintenance on this equipment Experience in building maintenance, plant maintenance or general maintenance Ensures facilities area and work areas are kept clean and orderly. Ensures work assignments are well planned and properly scheduled Is “on call” as required by plant emergencies and operational needs. Maintains a record of all day-to-day facilities and service activities undertaken in a facility Use a variety of hand and power tools, and material handling equipment in performing duties Maintain 5 S, a safe work area and ensure all accidents are reported and help in the investigation Know and understand the quality specifications for your Work Center Understand and perform root cause analysis and implement corrective action Participate in stand- up meetings and lead them if supervisor is absent

  • Dependable, Punctual, Detail Oriented, Good Communication skills verbal and written.
  • Ability to read/write in English is preferred and bilingual is preferred
  • High School education or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years’ experience in a Leadership role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and experienced in IBM business system
  • Ability to bend, squat, twist, push/pull, reach, stand and lift at least 75lbs
  • Able to comply with all company policies and procedures, including all safety regulations.
  • Ability to follow Supervisors instructions/directions as given.
  • Possess the following skills: problem solving, team work, communication, leadership and initiative.
  • Ability to provide leadership in the areas of communication, conflict resolution and problem solving
