About the Position Power Design is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Facilities Systems Implementation Specialist to support the rollout, implementation, and launch of our new Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), FMX, at our headquarters campus. This role will be instrumental in preparing, validating, and organizing campus data, assets, and workflows to ensure a successful CMMS go-live. From auditing assets and inventories to standardizing naming conventions, mapping campus spaces, and supporting system configuration, this position plays a hands-on role in building the foundation for long-term facilities operations. This is a contract position with an expected duration of at least six (6) months, with the potential to transition into a permanent role upon successful project completion and based on business needs. The ideal candidate enjoys working at the intersection of data, systems, and physical environments and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.
