The FPC works in conjunction with reporting lines with the Administrative, Finance, and Accounting Departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience and education
  • Proficient knowledge of accounting procedures
  • Proficient with computers, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Internet
  • Position requires a flexible work schedule that includes evenings and weekends and may require travel

Responsibilities

  • Assist with building improvements, subcontractors, transmittals, letters, etc.
  • Assist in advertising and showing commercial rental space
  • Assist in generating leases and subcontractors and ensuring all requirements are met
  • Update/track construction spreadsheets, contract logs, submittal/shop drawings logs & budgets
  • Assist with bid document preparation for selected subcontractors, suppliers, and prospective tenants
  • Assemble cost analysis and projection information
  • Assist with reviewing coding of monthly invoices, credit card receipts, and cash receipt reconciliation
  • Assist Facilities Manager in the budget process
  • Compose and prepare routine and/or confidential correspondence, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, payment requests, and other department forms and documents
  • Maintain project calendars, conferences, and schedules and coordinate meetings, including travel and circulate updates
  • Anticipate and recognize urgent and time-sensitive requests/requirements and coordinate with the team to actively resolve issues
  • Act as liaison between tenants and Facilities Department
  • Work with OSHA requirements pertaining to buildings and projects
  • Other duties as assigned
