The Facilities Project Specialist (FPS) is responsible for ensuring a high caliber of project management within the Facilities and Fleet Administration team. This position is expected to maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality regarding all information. The FPS is responsible for the formal coordination, implementation, execution, reporting and completion of projects, ensuring consistency and compliance with Federal and State Building, Health & Safety, Environmental Regulations, Carter BloodCare (CBC) policies, and departmental goals and commitments. This position does not retain ownership of all completed assigned projects. A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record are required (as specified in the current Vehicle Safety Loss Control Guidelines). Periodic travel between assigned work areas to meet project demands is required. Exempt employees are expected to maintain availability beyond standard business hours when business needs arise. Regular full-time attendance is required during normal working hours.
