We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Facilities Support. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations within our mailroom and administrative functions. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $35K-$45K at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills. Tasks and Qualifications: This is What You Will Do in This Role: Print large volumes of a variety of requests for electrical/mechanical/software engineers and installers globally Print multiple sizes (A,B,C,D,E) primary engineer drawings Maintain accurate inventory levels for machines and equipment Monitor and fill Remedy tickets Retrieve company US Mail from the Post Office Distribute mail, order supplies, restock all MFD’s on-site Shred files Partner with Facilities Specialist for restocking water throughout campuses Receive small package shipments from carriers, process shipments through FedEx, process shipments through US Mail Perform audits on departments for delivering mail Cross-training within the department and other responsibilities as needed Execute on international and local mailing Assists facilities department and security with data entry and admin tasks. What We are Looking For: HS diploma or equivalent required. Understanding of small package shipping/receiving, customer service focused and enjoy working with others. Exceptional organizational skills as this is critical for success in this role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Unwavering customer focus, excellent customer service skills Ability to work independently and with limited direction. Requirements
